I just finished reading "Eating Clean" and am inspired to be more selective with the things I eat. This is a very well written book with a common sense approach to changing eating habits. This book doesn't delve into a bunch of medical jargon that is complicated to understand. It's very straight forward in presenting why eating less processed foods is better for you. The author, Lorinda Green, gives wonderful insight into how meats, vegetables, fruits and spices, when consumed correctly, can lead to you being healthier and having more energy. She shares in detail about what foods should be avoided and gives reasons why. This book is an excellent read.
